CHRISTMAS DUES 2023: my friends, how can I ever thank you for your incredible generosity? The Christmas Dues 2023 have amounted to euro 7605. You are so good. God bless you and yours in 2024. As you know, the priest relies solely on these Christmas, Autumn, November, and Easter dues for his salary. He does not have access to the Sunday collections, which go towards heating, lighting, and maintaining our four parish churches
FASTEN YOUR SEATBELTS FOR 2024: Good morning, and welcome to flight 2024, leaving from Lisdoonvarna International on St. Breckan’s Airlines. We are prepared for take-off into the new year. This is God, your captain, speaking. Please make sure your positive attitude and gratitude are secured and locked in the upright position. All self-destruct devices such as self-pity, anger, selfishness, pride, unforgiveness, and resentment should be turned off at this time. All negativity, hurt, and discouragement should be stored away. Should you lose your positive attitude due to pressure during the flight, reach up above your head and pull down a prayer. Prayers will be automatically activated by faith. Once your faith is activated, you can assist other passengers with theirs. There will be no baggage allowed on this flight. You are now all cleared for take-off. Our destination is greatness!
A NEW YEAR PRAYER AND BLESSING: a lovely prayer a friend sent me: to all of my family and dear friends who bless my life: may this new year bring love to your heart, peace to your home, harmony to our world, and joy to your life. Throughout the new year, may God’s power guide you, His presence uphold you, His eyes watch over you, His wisdom instruct you, His mother Mary mind you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
A GOOD NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: say a decade of the Rosary every evening as a family for peace in the world and peace in our hearts. Our Lady said in Medugorje that the Rosary can even stop wars, and Sr. Lucia of Fatima said that there’s no problem which cannot by solved by praying the Holy Rosary.
The Joyful Mysteries (Monday/Saturday): The Annunciation to Mary, the Visitation from Elizabeth, the Birth of Jesus, the Presentation of baby Jesus in the Temple, the Finding of Jesus in the Temple.

The Glorious Mysteries (Wednesdays/Sundays): The Resurrection, the Ascension, the Coming of the Holy Spirit, the Assumption of Our Lady into heaven, the crowning of Our Lady Queen of Heaven.
