HOLY WEEK LITURGIES IN OUR PARISH: Holy Week is the holiest week of the year when we celebrate the high point of our salvation-story: the passion, death, and resurrection of Our Lord, in which we all share because of our Baptism, thereby giving purpose and meaning to all our own passions, deaths, and resurrections, promising us that all our Good Fridays will become Easter Sundays, if we just trust, hope, and surrender. It is most important therefore that we make time to enter into these three most holy days.
Mass and Adoration on Spy Wednesday are at 9:30am to facilitate the Chrism Mass that evening.
Holy Thursday, April 17th: Mass of the Lord’s Supper, Toovahera, 7pm.
Good Friday, April 18th: Commemoration of Our Lord’s Passion, Lisdoovarna, 3pm the hour of Divine Mercy.
Stations of the Cross video with Bishop Robert Barron, 7pm, Lisdoonvarna.
Holy Saturday, April 19th: (no evening Mass in Toovahera)
The Easter Vigil: Kilshanny, 7pm.
Easter Sunday Morning Masses, April 20th: Toovahara 8am, Doolin 10am, and Lidsoonvarna 11:30am.
O Jesus crucified I love you, O Jesus crucified I adore you, O Jesus crucified I bless you, O Jesus crucified, nail my heart to your feet, amen. Our lady of sorrows, pray for all who feel they are in the Garden of Gethsemane. Increase their faith, hope and love, that all their Good Fridays will become Easter Sundays.
